Was planning on trying to make my own journal CSS/modifying this one to better suit my needs, but I dun have enough time tonight. ;D

SO YER STUCK. D:

And now, before I ramble on, guess what this liddle journal's about? Well, I recently had a weakness and joined about 78562856825 adoptables sites, and... one of them has really caught my eye (other that DC, of course :heart: ). Digimon Next Adoptables - click here nao ! SInce way back when I was a friggin digimon freakzoid, this is a neat site for me. And guess what today is?


Today is a small event: Friendship Day! There will be one more of these in the month of December. Here's how to participate:

1. Tell your friends about this site. Please, if you advertise on another site, make sure you follow their advertisement rules.

2. If they want to join, tell them to message White with your username when they do, and the name of the site you advertised on.

3. At the end of the day, White will inform you with the number of people you got to join. You can choose to receive either bits (5000 per new member) or Friendship Points, which you can cash in for the Crest of Friendship (although there is an easier way).

Before all my chatters go GBDJBHAJDK HOMG YOU IDIOT WHYWHYWHY?!?! let me make one thing clear - I started to hate it. D: Like, epicly so. It took up too much of my time and was too big of a distracted; and I also regret ever giving the idea of it to some of my other buds, because now they neglect other things that I consider a bit more important. :/ So yeah. No more chatty unless it's a Dragcave egg/hatchling trade, and that will be most likely done in Meebo, or if I get the drive to use Spotlight and find the darn thing (which is insanely easy, but don't tell me that, I'm trying not to get back into the habit xD).

Aaand bedtime grows near - back to BTACD!

OMG. TITLE HAS NO MEANING IN THIS JOURNAL. BUT HOMG. 8D

[Btw, title = people flipping out on a forum about Mom telling a dA person that I was going to watch them, lol. xD]

ANSHYVAYS. Journal skins. This wins. 8) /tests- ...I'll figure this out soon. xD

Also, small art/webbie/DC/dA activity/guild update - I've been drawing more and more these last couple weeks and have a couple things to scan, but haven't got there yet so y'all better be patient. ;P This includes an epic picture of Daecuru [HOPE YOU LIKE IT SKYEH 8D], the Dark Five entity of Wrath watching Felnova begin to burn~

Website. I think I've made four layouts for it in the past month? xD Finally got one I really like and I think the members really like. Now I'm working on things like my character page lays, the rest of the species and new ones, the Realm info and other aspects of BTACD epicnicity. they need to make that into a word D8

Dragcave! I have found I can edit sprites, not make them on my own, so I miiight post the Odius Sin and a few sprite sketchies for other people soon. More concepts coming/soon to be posted in the Requests forum include the Ambrosial Dragon, the Sarka [both added], the Sorrow Dragon and the Charter (Charter-Mark) Dragon [not added yet]. Not sure if the last is even spritable, but hey, we can try! xD Anybody interested, PM me on DC, you know mah username. 8D

Aaand dA - homg I have been so inactive. D8 I have almost fifty deviations and over thirty messages that I don't have the muse to answer right now. n__n

HOWAIT CANNA FORGET GUILD. 8D BTACD went through an iddle period of inactivity, but we've gained about five new members and are upping the activity by a longshot, despite lots of people busy with school, NaNoWriMo [did I spell that right?], and general real life. Can't wait to see how we evolve the plot next. >D

WHOOOOOOOOOT. Amazing. The only word to describe the firefighters that defended Wrightwood - whole town got evacuated, right? Right. Fire came within A HALF MILE of the newspaper building. They made a stand on the top of the last ridge before town, right at the TOP, with flames heading towards them at an alarming rate. With wind. And low humidity. o.e But after the night was over, they had diverted it away from town, effectively saving every building in WW.

If not for them, the town wouldn't be there. At all. It would be burnt to the ground. They let the evacuees in at noon a few days ago - while I was riding home from school I flashed a thumbs-up at a firetruck that drove by. WHOOOOT to them!

Also, in other news~ Darkeh, BTACD's wonderful co-leader, has made a By Tooth And Claw Dragons dA guild account! ~btacwildragon is a place for members to upload character art, put our role-play recordings, banners, BTACD-based stories, et cetera et cetera. Awesome idea. 8D I'll be getting the password from her soon and uploading my own art to it ASAP. n__n

AND HOGOD. [link] Speaking of BTACD, I have just completed the most evil website layout EVER. EVEREVEREVER. I found out my ancient PS actually does have a way to do transparent PNGs, so I went nuts, also learning some more HTML to make this lay possible. xD There are a few things I'm going to change on it in the next week or so, but I like it otherwise. ELEVEN. HOURS. ELEVEN. 11. I cannot begin to express how much I worked on/changed/tinkered with that stupid image and coding. o.O Don't expect it to change much the next couple weeks/months. :grin:

Sadder news, too. :C My bud's Grandmother passed away yesterday... I got a phonecall pretty early saying to call back asap. My heart goes out to Melissa and her Mom in dealing with this sad time - I'll be doing some tribute art for her after my art trades, too. ;_; She was a simply amazing person in EVERY way. I'll miss her a lot.
